Blue Citizen e.V. is a non-profit initiative that aims to strengthen international cooperation — guided by a cosmopolitan perspective — alongside ocean literacy and democratic participation.

At the core of our work is the idea of Blue Citizenship: understanding the ocean as a shared global commons that connects us — and as a space that calls for responsibility, participation, and collective stewardship.
