We are a youth-led initiative bringing together young Europeans to take citizenship seriously in the context of our shared and life-sustaining ocean.

In a time where global challenges transcend borders, we create a space for young people to engage not only as future leaders — but as active political participants today.

While we started as a European project, our perspective is inherently cosmopolitan: there is only one ocean, and the responsibility to protect it is shared across borders, generations, and societies.
